Author: I don’t live in the U.K. and I have yet to actual go there, so I’m guessing based on a song and a book that refers to video game consoles (eg PlayStation, XBox, Wii) as computers and games for those consoles as computer games. In the U.S., we generally refer to them as video games or just games. I don’t want to make any assumptions about the U.K. though, and that’s where you come in.
