Okay, so my mom says i play too much video games. Here is my schedule basically for everyday….
MONDAY – FRIDAY- Wake up for school at about 6, leaving for the city bus at about 6:50. Get home at about 4 pm. Do chores and anything else my mom wants me to do until usually 4:45. Homework until about 7pm. Until which I will take a shower and get dressed, followed by dinner. finish all by about 7:45. Dishes and cleaning up until 8. Of which i will play Call of Duty Black Ops or Modern Warfare 3 until 9:30 – 9:45-ish. Then my mom will tell me I play too much video games and tell me to get off of it.
WEEKEND (with mom and step-mom)– Wake up at about 10:30. Get dressed and stuff until about 11. Go out with my friends until like 5 (rough estimate). Of which THEN i will watch TV, play video games, and Facebook. From here it is just like Weekdays (take a shower later, eat at about 7:00.
WEEKEND (at dad’s)– My dad has been in Georgia since I was 3 until 13. I never forgave him for leaving my mother, but he keeps trying to convince me he is a good person. He takes me out to movies and other things like that, then saturday and sunday (unless we are doing something), we will watch TV or play Xbox 360 against each other.
My mom says ALL i do over there is play video games (which is NOT true). Over a period of about 4 months, I have 1 day on Mw3 and like an hour on Black Ops. I am beginning to not see the point of my mom letting me buy an Xbox (NOTE: THIS WAS MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I worked as a youth counselor for the F.A.S.T program) if she never lets me use it. I am 13, have a 3.87 GPA, NEVER get in trouble, basketball team, and many more [including N.S.B.E (national society of black engineers)]. ON TOP OF THAT my mother always makes me feel like i am nothing. I can never recall a time my mother hugged me or telling me i love you without me hugging or loving first. She always screams at me because I do not do everything perfect. I play video games because they make me feel better when things are wrong. And when my mom refuses to let me play and she always yells at me, I get turned around and I just cant think straight, and obviously if i do that i do not do anything right, causing her to yell at me more. Do i really play video games too much?

I was gunna answer your question but seriously man, you have problems. Go to therapist or something dude…
i agree with the other person
I agree with your mum. There is more to life than video games
Noooo! My brother plays just as much and gets the same response! By the time you get on its time to get off and it sounds like you earned it! (and try to give your dad a chance, at least hes trying. youve gotta give him tht) and same with my mom!!! she talks to my dog more than me!!!
